What is EFT Tapping / Emotional Freedom Techniques?

I am not a doctor nor a scientist but, in my many years of working with EFT, I must admit that I have personally seen many medical and scientific healings and improvements in clients and students that seem like miracles. How Does EFT Work?
With the techniques of EFT Tapping, negative energy becomes "unblocked" by correctly stimulating the subtle energies that circulate throughout the body. Often called "acupuncture without needles" or "psychological acupuncture", EFT uses the fingertips to gently tap on specific points of the energy meridians while the client is focused on the situation for which he or she is seeking relief or improvement.
In fact, my own first experience with EFT was the help I received from a skilled EFT practitioner for a challenge I had been having with my own health. As in my own healing, when we treat someone with EFT, we are not only addressing the physical symptoms but also the mind and the emotions in order for the person's physical health, for example, to return to balance.
You can experience the benefits of EFT Tapping in a private session with an EFT practitioner.
You can also learn from an experienced practitioner, how to use EFT for yourself, your family and your friends as a rather revolutionary do-it-yourself technique.
EFT is a unique and revolutionary group of healing techniques used today by hundreds of thousands of people throughout the world. Documentation about scientific and medical research of the many successes of EFT, for a wide variety of challenges, is readily available.
We can direct EFT Tapping where it is needed.
Perhaps you have a condition in your life that you want to improve or eliminate. Maybe it's a problem with your health, or your weight, relationships or self-esteem. Perhaps you have a goal that you want to achieve but something is stopping you from reaching it. Maybe you want to stop smoking, or you have panic attacks, or you just want to feel happier or more creative.
EFT sessions take place either in person or online via Zoom or other Internet services. The option of working with me on the Internet makes it very easy for clients to receive the benefits of EFT Tapping from just about any part of the world.

Those are the points that we lightly tap on with our fingertips while my client is fully clothed.
The tapping, when done correctly, can bring about major changes and healings that, although scientifically based, can certainly seem like miracles!
During online sessions, you will be able to follow along with me via your computer while I lead you through various tapping procedures.
If you are surprised that we can work together online, please know that I have successfully worked with clients from all over the world using the Internet.
EFT Tapping sessions, whether in person or via Internet, are completely private, confidential, and free from judgement and criticism.
Refund policy
If, during our first session, after an hour of working with either Judith or Adriano, in person or online, you feel that EFT or Reiki are not for you, we will be happy to return your session payment. Even though we have always offered this refund policy to our new clients and students, no one has ever requested a refund.
What do sessions cost?
EFT Tapping - Individual private sessions with Judith, $180.
Reiki - Individual private sessions with Adriano, $120.
EFT and Reiki sessions are approximately 90 minutes long.
Clients are fully clothed during EFT Tapping or Reiki sessions.
If possible, please wear clothing made of natural, not synthetic, materials.
EFT sessions are available either in person or online.
Reiki sessions are always in person.

Before your first EFT Tapping or Reiki session, you will receive a Confidential Client Intake Form by email. Please complete and return the form to us by email before our first session

Children under 12 years: EFT $80 per session, Reiki, $60 per session. Parents or legal guardians are always present during sessions.

Animal session local house calls: horses $110, cats $40, dogs $50 to $90 depending on size of dog, birds $30.

If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, let us know about the change at least 24 hours before our appointment. With the exception of an emergency cancellation, we request a 50% payment for a cancellation less than 24 hours in advance. The service we provide with EFT Tapping and Reiki is precious, and a notice of 24 hours will allow another client to benefit from our help.
There are session discounts available for scheduled sessions paid in advance, in groups of three sessions:
Three EFT sessions, paid in advance, $500.
Three Reiki sessions, paid in advance, $300.
EFT mini sessions (30 minutes or less) for established clients are charged at $80 per half hour. Mini sessions are not available for Reiki.
If requested, payment plans are available via PayPal. Do not let present personal financial limitations stand in the way of the benefits available to you from EFT Tapping or Reiki. Many of our clients have gained financial freedom as a result of removing their money-blocks with EFT Tapping or Reiki.
Please have available during online EFT sessions:
Drinking water, pen and paper for notes as Judith often gives "homework". Be sure to work with Judith online from a private location where you will not be disturbed, even by your affectionate cat or dog.
How many EFT or Reiki sessions will I need?
Even though EFT Tapping and Reiki are known for their fast and permanent results, there is not an exact answer. We are all different and we come to EFT or Reiki healing with a wide variety of problems, stress, personal histories and goals. During our more than 20 years of experience as EFT and Reiki practitioners, Judith and Adriano have found that most, not all, of their clients have between three to five sessions. Sometimes it only takes one session to resolve a problem.
When clients are willing to do some simple assignments between sessions, their progress is even faster. Many clients prefer a series of ten or more sessions, followed by monthly or bi-monthly 30-minute online or telephone mini-sessions just to check-in and make adjustments to their own self-care.
After your pain, fear, anger despair, disappointment, regret or whatever brings you to us for help, has been healed and the world is a wonderful place, there is often a "next step" which focuses on helping you on the positive side of life, of setting and realizing your goals and dreams.
EFT Tapping and Reiki are both excellent tools to use when your pets or farm animals need some help!

What is Reiki?

The Intelligent Universal Energy that we call Reiki is very flexible and adapts easily to our intentions, only if these, however, are generated from the heart and with total gratitude.
We exist to grow, to become more and to contribute to the growth of this magnificent Universe we inhabit.
Once the Reiki activations have been obtained from a Reiki Master, your channels and energy centers are reconnected to the Universal Energy / The Whole / The Field / the Universe. In order to obtain the best practical results, it is then important to live the Reiki principles and adopt those principles in your own life, which, in turn, leads you to manifest, in a practical sense, the life you desire.
Mikao Usui Sensei was the first known person to receive Reiki energy back in 1922 during a meditative experience on Kurama Yama, a mountain north of Kyoto, Japan.
How does Reiki work?
During a Reiki session, the client, always fully clothed, is made comfortable either on a Reiki table or a chair. Previous to the client's arrival, I have sent and received via email, a Confidential Client Intake Form similar to the form sent to our EFT clients.
Our Reiki qualifications and experience
Judy and I are both Reiki Masters. Our experience with Reiki energy started in 1993: personally, I recognized its energy from way back in my past. We obtained our Master levels in 1999 and, while Judy was fully committed to EFT Tapping, I began teaching right away around the whole world while employed as an intercontinental airline pilot.
In 2004 we were ready for another energy upgrade so Judy and I attended a Karuna Reiki(R) Master/Teacher course. Our next step was the Holy Fire Master course in the South of France followed by the Holy Fire III Karuna Reiki Master(c) training.
In 2012 it was again time to elevate our connections with the Universe we inhabit and be part of higher levels of consciousness to manifest bigger lives for ourselves, our students and clients. That took us to attend a Holy Fire Reiki course, which we completed in 2019 along with earning the Holy Fire (C) III Karuna Reiki (R) Master level.
